Welcoming Partners

We are excited to welcome community partners who believe in our event! Maricopa County Department of Public Health is joining us in presenting critical findings from the 2023 Community Health Needs Assessment at the Community Forum. We learned that this was a collaboration between Maricopa County Non-Profit Hospitals who also have prioritized Mental Health in their community engagement annual objectives. We look forward to joining with other community partners to develop solutions to the access to care barriers to care.
