Lets Build Community!

As I continue to find ways to build a network of providers and address the needs of my community with the talents God has given me, the next iteration of our work is this. Fall 2024 we will convene a community forum between providers, community members and our community agencies, organizations and leaders with the aim of building a community model for addressing the mental health needs of African Americans in Arizona.

Our understanding of the strengths and needs within our community serves as a foundation for action. It is at this critical juncture that the call to unite arises, urging us to combine our individual talents, resources, and networks. By fostering collaboration, we can amplify our voices collectively, ensuring that our concerns are not only acknowledged but also addressed effectively. This collaborative effort represents a powerful opportunity to create a cohesive platform from which our community's aspirations can be realized.

Updates and discussion points will be shared here for your input. Your active participation is crucial. Make arrangements to join us in person and contribute your distinct viewpoint to the brainstorming session that will shape a community-driven approach to meeting needs and tackling challenges.

Community Forum Date to be Determined. Fall 2024. Stay Tuned!
